From time to time, errors can occur when clients attempt to connect their Bank Accounts through our bank partner. Review common errors below.

⚠️ Unsupported Institution - "Connectivity not supported"

When a client attempts to connect their bank account and they receive the error message "Connectivity not supported", it means that their Bank doesn't participate in bank account connections. Although our bank partner supports over 12,000 banks in the U.S. (and some in Canada & Europe), there may be some banks that do not participate. In that case, the client will see the message below and will be unable to connect.

⚠️ Degraded Connectivity - "Connectivity Issue"

There are times when an institution’s connectivity status is degraded that may be caused by a number of factors such as an unexpected surge in traffic or planned maintenance. When this occurs, your clients will see proactive prompts that warn them of potential issues connecting with those institutions before they attempt to submit credentials.

⚠️ Connection Down

If connectivity is down, (which is defined as institutions that are experiencing less than 10% success rate), your client will see a prompt that clearly notifies them of the connectivity issue, prevents them from submitting credentials, and prompts them to try another institution.
