Decipher has built-in E-signature features. Not only can you send out documents though Decipher and they will get tracked, but Decipher also prepares documents beforehand so that information is automatically filled into your documents getting rid of manual methods. Information for your clients can be filled in automatically and documents can be sent for signature if they have been prepared in advance.
Follow the Steps below to Resend E-signature documents previously sent but not signed yet.
➡️ Step 1: Navigate to Application Documents in any client file
Step 2: Under Actions, look for the Resend button. The resend feature is only available for documents that have not yet been signed. Signers will receive a reminder email to sign your document again and the email contains a link to the document.
🎉 Step 3: Click Resend!
