Common Questions
Can I Upload an ID to the Document Checklist?
Yes, you can upload an ID to the Document Checklist but that will NOT result in data extraction or an ID Verification Report. In order to activate the ID Capture & Verification features, ID's must be uploaded directly into each business owner spot in their application.
What files are supported?
Our ID Capture & Verification supports JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF, PDF files. All image files mentioned will generate the ID Verification Report, except for PDF files. Data on a PDF file is extracted to pre-fill the form and the individual's information is run against known watch lists but no image metrics are included in the ID Report since a PDF is not an image file.
