Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your Decipher account. Here's how you can set it up using SMS:

  1. Access Your Profile:

    • Click on the user icon located in the top right corner of the screen.

    • Select "My Profile" from the drop-down menu.

  2. Navigate to Security Settings:

    • Go to the tab labeled "Security."

  3. Enable 2FA:

    • Check the checkbox labeled "Enable 2FA."

  4. Verify Your Mobile Phone Number:

    • Confirm your country code.

    • Have your mobile phone handy.

    • Enter your mobile phone number. Leave out additional characters such as spaces, dashes, or periods, etc.

  5. Submit:

    • Click the "Submit" button.

  6. Type the 6-digit code received and click submit again to finish the verification process.

  7. Confirmation:

    • You will see a success message confirming that 2FA has been enabled.

Important Note:

Going forward, each time you log in, you must enter a 6-digit code sent to your registered mobile phone number to complete the login process.
