Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your Decipher account. Here's how you can set it up using SMS:
Access Your Profile:
Click on the user icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
Select "My Profile" from the drop-down menu.
Navigate to Security Settings:
Go to the tab labeled "Security."
Enable 2FA:
Check the checkbox labeled "Enable 2FA."
Verify Your Mobile Phone Number:
Confirm your country code.
Have your mobile phone handy.
Enter your mobile phone number. Leave out additional characters such as spaces, dashes, or periods, etc.
Submit:
Click the "Submit" button.
Type the 6-digit code received and click submit again to finish the verification process.
Confirmation:
You will see a success message confirming that 2FA has been enabled.
Important Note:
Going forward, each time you log in, you must enter a 6-digit code sent to your registered mobile phone number to complete the login process.
