If you are a Decipher Admin, you can enforce Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via SMS across your organization. This means that all users will be prompted to set up SMS authentication the next time they log into Decipher and going forward. Follow the steps below to enforce it across all internal users.

Step 1. Navigate to User Settings found on the Admin menu on the upper right corner.

Step 2. Click on the Security tab and select to enforce it across all users.

Once this is activated, all users will be prompted to set up authentication via SMS the next time they log in. Authentication via SMS will be mandatory going forward each time they log in.
