Keep track of your equipment types, maintenance records, and parts - start here!

Store all of your equipment information in one convenient place.

If you're an Optimize RX customer, it's also important to add in your equipment so we can ensure that you're set up with variable rate technology.

Here's how to add your equipment:

  1. Navigate to the Equipment page

  2. Click + Add New

  3. Select the type of equipment you'd like to add

  4. Give your equipment a name

    • Add in as much information as you can for your equipment, but only the name is required

  5. Click Add Equipment

Adding More Information

After you've added your equipment and its basic information, you can now get into the nitty gritty information.

Depending on the type of equipment, you'll now see additional sections for your equipment when you select it on the left sidebar.

  1. Use the tabs at the top to navigate between Equipment Details, Maintenance, Parts, and General Notes.

  2. On each page, each section (such as Equipment Details) will have a โœ๏ธ icon for you to edit information
