Retire a storage bin if you'll no longer have any need for it in My Farm Manager. Once the bin has been retired, any related data will no longer appear in reports and its storage log will also be removed.
Here's how you can retire storage:
In the Inventory page, navigate into the bin you'd like to retire
Click Edit Storage
Click Retire Storage
Click Yes and your bin will be retired!
