Once you've confirmed that you have everything set up in you MyJohnDeere, you can connect Farm At Hand. Doing so will import all of your shape files so that they appear in your field's Map Layers page. All of your other JD files (activities/maintenance records) will appear in the File Management page.
Start by signing into Farm At Hand:
Hover over Farm Settings
Select Connections in the dropdown list
Click the Add Connection button for John Deere
A new window will open where you will see this:
Click the + button next to John Deere to proceed
At this point, you may be asked to sign into MyJohnDeere. Once you're in MyJohnDeere, you'll be taken to the connections settings:
In this window, ensure that the toggle is ON (green) for the organization that you'd like to be connected to your farm in Farm At Hand.
Next, head over to connections.deere.com/agi. Alternatively, you can also go to MyJohnDeere - Operations Center - Setup - Connections. You should be taken to this page:
Use the search bar to look for "onsite" and then click the Manage button
In the window that pops up, go to the Access tab
Click Edit in the bottom right
Ensure that the Location section has access level 3 and then click the Save button
