Recurring products and observations overview

Add and manage repeating products and observations to your activities in Farm At Hand

When you're out in the field and and find yourself adding the same item for multiple activities then just save it as a recurring item! Doing so will allow you to easily select it from a list for your future activities.

This guide will cover:

Create new recurring items

  1. Add a new activity - Application and Scouting will both work

  2. Tap on + Add Product/Observation at the bottom of the form

  3. Select the item you would like to add

  4. When entering the item's information, toggle Add to Recurring Products/Observations on

  5. Tap Done

Note that a bar indicating how many recurring products you currently have saved will be shown in the activity form.

Add recurring items to an activity

  1. Start adding a new activity

  2. If you have any saved items then a blue bar will be at the bottom of the from that says You have X saved Recurring Products/Observations

  3. Tap on Select Recurring Products/Observations

  4. Select the items you would like to add

  5. Tap Done

  6. Finish recording your activity and tap Done

β›” Delete an item from an activity: in the activity's product list, swipe on the item and tap Delete

✏️ Edit an item in an activity: tap the pencil icon next to the item's name in the product/observation list

Manage recurring items

  1. Start adding a new activity

    1. Application activity if you want to edit products

    2. Scouting activity if you want to edit observations

  2. If you have any saved items then a blue bar will appear in the form that says You have X saved Recurring Products/Observations

  3. Tap on Manage at the bottom right corner of the blue bar

    1. To delete: swipe on the product and tap Delete

    2. To edit: tap on the product, make your changes, and tap Done
