Collaborating with others in My Farm Manager and Croptivity starts with inviting them to your farm.

Overview

This video covers sending, resending, and revoking an invite. Step-by-step instructions for each section are below.

🗺️ Go to the Farm Settings - User Management page to manage your invitations for your farm

❗ Only people

Send an invite

  1. Click the + Invite People button in the top right

  2. In the popover, enter the email address of the person you'd like to invite

  3. Select what permissions you'd like for them to have to your farm

  4. Click the Send Invite button

Resend an invite

Resending an invitation to someone is useful particularly if they didn't receive the first invitation or if the prior invitation has expired.

  1. In the user list, click the name of a person who still has a pending invitation

  2. At the bottom of the popover, click the Resend Invite button

Revoke an invite

If you need to change the email address that you've sent an invitation to then revoking the invitation is exactly the solution.

  1. In the user list, click the name of the person who still has a pending invitation

  2. At the bottom, click the revoke Invitation
