If you've forgotten your password then no worries - just reset it to sign back into your account

We've all forgotten our passwords at some point (there's so many accounts we have in our day-to-day lives!). Fortunately, resetting your password is simple:

  1. Open the Farm At Hand app

  2. Tap Forgot Password?

  3. Enter your email address

  4. Tap Email Me A Recovery Link

  5. Check your email for a link to reset you password

    1. Your new password will need to include at least one capital letter, one number, a special character (, . ? !), and be at least 8 characters long

Troubleshooting

Q: I didn't receive the password reset email

A: Sometimes the reset email may be in your junk/spam folder. Please double check those folders in your email. If it's not there then definitely contact support so we can help you get into your account.
