Now you're out in the field, you've just completed the task that was scheduled, and now you need to record that the task is done - here's how to do that:
Navigate to the field
Tap on the scheduled activity you want to complete
Tap Yes at the bottom of the message - Yes, this activity has been completed
Edit and confirm the information
Select who needs to be notified about this activity's completion
Tap Done
