We want to make sure your experience with AI Studios is smooth and hassle-free. If you encounter a bug or issue, please follow the steps below to report it effectively.


Reporting for Free, Personal, and Teams Plans

If you're on a Free, Personal, or Teams plan, use the Intercom button located at the bottom-right corner of every page. This applies to both our website and the AI Studios video editor.

To help us resolve the issue faster, please include:

  • Detailed information
    Describe the issue clearly, including what you were trying to do and how to reproduce it.

  • Your account ID
    This is the email address you use to sign in.

  • Screenshots or screen recordings
    Visuals help us understand and investigate the issue more quickly.


Template for Reporting

  • Issue Summary: Brief description of the problem

  • Steps to Reproduce: What you did before the issue occurred

  • Expected Behavior: What you expected to happen

  • Actual Behavior: What actually happened

  • Account ID: Your sign-in email

  • Attachments: Screenshots, videos, or logs
