If you no longer need Generative Credits, you can remove them at any time from your billing settings. This allows you to stop future charges for credits while keeping access to the ones you've already paid for.
Important Note
Removing Generative Credits will not cancel them immediately. Your existing credits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and the cancellation will take effect at the start of the next cycle. An active AI Studios subscription is still required for any add-ons, including Generative Credits, to remain valid.
How to Remove Generative Credits from Your AI Studios Subscription
Step 1: Open Billing Settings
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the AI Studios dashboard.
From the dropdown menu, select Billing.
Step 2: Scroll to the Add-Ons Section
At the bottom of the Billing page, locate the Add-Ons section. Find the section labeled Generative Credits.
Step 3: Click “Cancel Add-On”
Click the Cancel Add-On button next to the Generative Credits option.
Step 4: Confirm the Cancellation
A confirmation prompt will appear. Click to confirm that you want to remove Generative Credits from your subscription.
Step 5: Change Applies in the Next Billing Cycle
Once confirmed, the cancellation will be scheduled to take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your current credits will remain usable until the end of your existing billing period.
