How do I apply templates in AI Studios?

Option 1: AI Studios Dashboard
To find templates from the dashboard, click on the Templates tab located on the left side of the dashboard menu. This section provides a broader view of all available templates compared to the video editor.

Option 2: New Project

When you click the New Project button, a pop-up window will appear. The first screen you’ll see is the Templates section. Simply scroll or filter through the available templates to find the one that best fits your project needs.

Option 3: Templates Tab in an AI Studios Project
When working within the video editor, locate the Templates option on the left-hand side menu. Here, you can browse and apply templates directly to your current project.

Step 1: Apply Filters or Use the Search Bar
Use the search bar to search by template name or aesthetic (i.e. 'blue').
Apply filters to narrow down options quickly based on your preferences.

Step 2: Search by Use Case
Filter templates by use case categories like Social Media, Marketing, or Business Presentations to find templates tailored to specific needs.

Step 3: Choose Orientation
Select between landscape (horizontal) or portrait (vertical) templates, depending on the format of your project.

Step 1: Import the Entire Template
Click the "Add All Template" button to import the full template into your project.\

Step 2: Import Specific Slides
If you only need certain slides, just click on the individual slides from the left-hand menu to import them without adding unnecessary ones. It will automatically be added to your video editor.

Step 3: Combine Slides from Different Templates
Mix and match slides from different templates to create a fully customized video. You can keep previously selected slides while adding others to suit your needs.

To create and save a template in AI Studios, simply design your video project as usual, then click the "Publish Template" button in the upper-right corner of the editor. Name your template, choose the workspace where it will be saved, and categorize it with relevant tags. Once saved, your template will appear alongside AI Studios' stock templates for easy access.
