Most of our users love how easy evaluating and reporting back to stakeholders is using deepdivr.

What used to be a time-consuming and error-prone task is now done quickly, thanks to our shareable dashboards and PowerPoint reports.

If you want to share a dashboard with someone who doesn't have a user on deepdivr, you can do that in a few clicks.

Go to your dashboard and click on the three dots in the top right corner. In the dropdown menu, choose 'Share Link', and from there, you just need to activate the functionality, copy the link and click 'Apply'.

Anyone with that link can now see your dashboard.

The results will automatically update if the campaigns in the dashboard are active, so the stakeholder can continuously stay updated using the same link.

When you share a dashboard, you share all the tabs you have created, including the visual overview of ads/posts.

The stakeholder who receives the link can switch between the tabs by hovering over the icon in the top left corner and choosing a different tab.

Extra Tip: You can customize dashboard colors and upload a logo to get the dashboard on-brand.

If you prefer PowerPoint reports over shareable dashboards, you can always download a tab or the entire dashboard to PowerPoint.

Go to your dashboard and click on the three dots in the top right corner. In the dropdown menu, click Download PowerPoint.

Each widget in deepdivr will be on a separate slide in PPT.

Notice you can edit all charts in PPT like you're used to, and you can copy+paste charts into your template to match brand colors, fonts, etc.
