A crypto wallet is how you can access your own assets on a blockchain. It will generally consist of a public address that you may share with others as an identifier (similar to a username or email address) and a private key that you should never share with anyone. The private key is what you would use to sign any transaction you would like to make, essentially authenticating your actions on the blockchain.
