It acts as a protected balance that can’t be used for betting, casino games, or transfers until you manually move it back into your Wallet.
This is useful if you want to protect your balance, manage spending, or temporarily step away from gameplay.

The Vault helps you:
Securely store funds you don’t want to wager.
Separate your active playing balance from long-term holdings.
Add an extra layer of protection to your crypto with 2FA verification.
Funds inside your Vault are not accessible for gameplay, so they can’t be used for bets, wagers, or bonuses until transferred out.
⚙️ How to Access the Vault
You can find the Vault directly in your account dashboard:
Log in to your Degen.com account.
Go to Profile → Vault.
Choose one of the available actions:
Deposit to Vault – move funds from your active wallet into secure storage.
Withdraw from Vault – transfer funds back into your playable balance.
Confirm the transaction with your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code if required.
Transfers between your Wallet and Vault are instant and have no network fees.
❓ Troubleshooting the Vault
Can’t move funds to or from the Vault:
Make sure you’re logged into the correct account and that your 2FA is enabled and working.
If your authenticator code isn’t being accepted, check your device’s time settings or try re-syncing your 2FA app.Funds not showing correctly:
Refresh your Wallet or log out and back in to update the balance display.
If your Vault or Wallet amounts still don’t match, contact support@degen.com with a screenshot and transaction details.Lost access to 2FA or account:
