Once a withdrawal request has been submitted on Degen.com, it enters the processing queue. If the withdrawal has already been sent to the blockchain, it cannot be cancelled or reversed under any circumstances.
However, if your withdrawal is still showing as Pending, you may request cancellation by contacting our team directly.
🛠️ To request a cancellation:
Check your Wallet → Transactions → Withdrawals page to confirm the withdrawal is still marked as Pending.
If it hasn’t yet been processed, contact support@degen.com or use Live Chat immediately.
Include the following details in your request:
Your username or account email
The coin and amount you attempted to withdraw
The wallet address you entered
If your request is received before the withdrawal is processed, our team will do their best to cancel it.
Once the transaction is broadcast to the blockchain, it is final and cannot be reversed.
⚠️ Important: Withdrawals are processed quickly, often within minutes.
If you need to cancel one, contact support as soon as possible after submitting the request.
