Method 1: Sign In with a Magic Link
A Magic Link is a one-time-use link sent to your email that allows you to sign in without a password.
Steps to Sign In Using a Magic Link:
Open the DejaBlue app.
Enter your email address in the sign-in field.
Check your email inbox for a message from DejaBlue.
Tap the "Sign in" button in the email.
The app will open automatically, and you will be signed in.
Important Notes:
The Magic Link must be opened on the same device where you are trying to sign in. If you receive the email on a different device, forward it to the device where you want to log in.
Your company or institution may require you to use a professional email address. Ensure you enter the correct work email to avoid access issues.
Method 2: Sign In with Google SSO
If you have a Google account, you can use Google Single Sign-On (SSO) to log in quickly.
Steps to Sign In Using Google SSO:
Open the DejaBlue app.
Tap "Sign in with Google".
If prompted, select the correct Google account from the list or tap "Use another account" to sign in with a different one.
Grant necessary permissions if prompted.
You will be redirected back to the DejaBlue app and signed in automatically.
Important Notes:
If you have multiple Google accounts, make sure you select the one associated with your DejaBlue account.
Method 3: Sign In with Apple SSO
If you use an Apple device, you can sign in with Apple Single Sign-On (SSO).
Steps to Sign In Using Apple SSO:
Open the DejaBlue app.
Tap "Sign in with Apple".
If prompted, choose "Continue with Face ID / Touch ID" or enter your Apple ID credentials.
Grant necessary permissions if prompted.
You will be redirected back to the DejaBlue app and signed in automatically.
Important Notes:
If you have multiple Apple accounts, ensure you use the one linked to your DejaBlue access.
