How to start a charging session?
Upon arrival at the charging station, park your electric vehicle in the designated space.
Plug your charging cable into the station and then into your vehicle.
Go to the charger and identify yourself using your DejaBlue card on the RFID reader.
Charging then starts automatically.
How to start a charging session with the DejaBlue app?
The DejaBlue charging app is a simple and efficient way to charge at our sites. Our mobile app is available without download on the Apple Store or Google Play and without the need for account creation.
Scan the QR code on the station.
Click on the DejaBlue Open popup that appears on your screen.
Select your payment method (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
Charging then starts automatically.
How to stop a charging session?
Stop a charging session with your DejaBlue card by passing it again on the RFID reader.
Disconnect the cable and return it to the station if necessary.
