Pay through the application
You have the possibility to select your preferred payment method when you launch a charging session. A fixed amount will first be blocked on your payment method (25 or 40 EUR depending on which site you are on). The exact payment matching your charging session will only be executed once the charging session is completed.
Charging costs
Depending on the site you are charging from, the cost of the charging session can vary according to several factors :
The cost of the electricity (€/kWh) : it may vary depending on who provides the energy, the time of the day or the demand on the grid
A fixed cost required to gain access to the charging grid. It is independent from the amount of energy you charge during your session.
The parking cost (€/time unit).
Each site has different pricing: some sites only charge for energy, others charge for both energy and parking, etc.
The pricing details of a charging station are visible in the app if you scan a QR code or enter the name of the station while your vehicle is plugged in.
Consult the details of a charging session receipt
You can access the receipts for your sessions from the "Charging History" page, then select the charging session that interests you.
On this receipt, you will find information regarding:
Date and time of the session
Duration of the session
Location of the session
Identifier of the charging station used
Total energy charged
Total price
