If you use a POS, we recommend making changes on that platform and syncing the products to Deliverect.
Find out how to make changes to existing products.
Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account and select
Products in the sidebar.
Step 2. Select the ⋮ button for the product ① and choose Edit ②.
Step 3. Make the necessary changes to the product. Open the product specifications window to add allergens, tags, bottle deposits, and more.
You can customize certain fields for specific locations or stores. Select the customize icon to configure.
Step 4. Once finished, select the Save changes button. Publish your menus to your channels for these changes to be visible.
Disable a Product
To disable a product in Deliverect, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Products tab and find the product you would like to disable.
Click the three dots next to the product and select Edit.
Locate the toggle under the Status section and turn off the toggle labeled Enabled to change it to Disabled.
Don't forget to click Save Changes at the bottom of the page to save the status.
