Required: make sure that the padlock icon is in an unlocked state. You will use this button to lock/unlock any reports.
Notes:
Locked: the status when the month period is closed. Any new record for the related month will no longer be recorded automatically. All the “+ Add Record” buttons on the Transactions tab will be disabled.
The locked report will only show the ‘Checked Out’, ‘Cancelled’, and ‘Archived’ bookings for the Year and Month that you have selected.
You can check the details for the ‘Checked Out’, ‘Cancelled’ and ‘Archived’ bookings in the Transactions tab.
Unlocked: the status when the month period is opened. Any new record will be recorded automatically in the related month.
Step 1: Navigating to the Owner Report Page
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Click Owner > Owner Report.
Step 2: Lock-Unlock Owner Report from the Statements Tab
A. Lock the Report
In this tab, you can lock-unlock more than one report of the property rooms all at once. Follow the steps below.
Select the year and month of the report to be published.
Find the owner/property/room name that you want to lock the report.
Click on the target owner row.
The checkbox on the leftmost side will be checked automatically. Now, you can also see the enabled “Lock” button.
To lock the report, click “Lock”.
If there are bookings that the status is not ‘Checked-Out’ or ‘Paid’, there will be a confirmation popup regarding the action.
Click “Confirm” if you still want to publish the report.
There will be a notification saying ‘Several reports locked’.
In the Intake Status column, you can see its status as ‘Locked’.
B. Unlock the Report
Select the year and month of the report to be published.
Find the owner/property/room name that you want to unlock the report.
Click on the target owner row.
The checkbox on the leftmost side will be checked automatically. Now, you can also see the enabled “Unlock” button.
To unlock the report, click “Unlock”.
There will be a notification saying ‘Several reports unlocked’.
In the Intake Status column, you can see its status as ‘Unlocked’.
Step 3: Lock-Unlock Owner Report After Clicking the “View Report” Button
A. Lock the Report
Select the year and month of the report to be published.
Find the owner/property/room name that you want to lock the report.
Click the “View report” button in the target report that you need.
You will be redirected to the specific room report page.
To lock the report, find the padlock icon and click it. This icon will appear regardless of which tab that you open.
A Lock Report confirmation popup will appear and click “Confirm.
The ‘Report locked’ notification will appear.
B. Unlock the Report
Select the year and month of the report to be published.
Find the owner/property/room name that you want to unlock the report.
Click the “View report” button in the target report that you need.

Step 4: Lock-Unlock Report from the Reports Tab

In the Owner Reports tab, other than Statements tab, there is also the Reports tab. You can also lock-unlock the report from this tab. Follow the steps below.
Search the owner/property name of the report that you want to lock.
Click the “See details” in the target owner/room row.
You will see the list of rooms owned by the owner. To lock/unlock the report, click the “View report” in the target room row. The appearance of this page will be the same as the Step 3, which is the specific room report.
To lock the report, find the padlock icon and click it. This icon will appear regardless of which tab that you open.
Lock Report confirmation popup will appear and click “Confirm.
The ‘Report locked’ notification will appear.
B. Unlock the Report
Search the owner/property name of the report that you want to unlocked.
Click the “See details” in the target owner/room row.
You will see the list of rooms owned by the owner. To lock/unlock the report, click the “View report” in the target room row. The appearance of this page will be the same as the Step 3, which is the specific room report.

Notes:
If there are any changes on the recorded booking with unpublished and unlocked status, the changes will be automatically recorded.
If there are any changes on the recorded booking with unpublished and locked status, the changes will not be automatically reflected and it will be placed in the unrecorded booking list.
