Step 1 : Navigating to Owner Report
Log in to your PMS account.
Go to the Dashboard.
Click 'Owner' on the left sidebar of your screen to access the property list.
Select 'Owner Report'.
Select the target property and click 'See Details'.
Select Room by click Room Menu Dropdown.
Click 'See Details' button.
You will landed to Owner Report page.
Step 2 : How to Locked Owner Report Status
Notes :
Locked: status if the month period is closed. Any new record for the related month will be no longer recorded automatically. All add record button will be disabled.
Locked report will only affected the Check Out - Cancelled - Archived Booking for the Year and Month that you've been selected.
You could check the detail for Check Out - Cancelled - Archived Booking in Transaction tab.
Click 'Owner' on the left sidebar of your screen to access the property list.
Select 'Owner Report'.
Select the target property and click 'See Details'.
Select Room by click Room Menu Dropdown.
Click 'See Details' button.
You will landed to Owner Report page.
Select the specific Year and Month.
Click 'Unlock' Icon.
Lock Report confirmation will appear, click 'Confirm'.
Successfully lock report will appear a notification 'Report Locked'.
Step 3 : How to Unlocked Owner Report Status
Unlocked : status if the month period is opened. Any new record that comes when on this state, will recorded automatically in the related month.
Click 'Owner' on the left sidebar of your screen to access the property list.
Select 'Owner Report'.
Select the target property and click 'See Details'.
Select Room by click Room Menu Dropdown.
Click 'See Details' button.
You will landed to Owner Report page.
Select the specific Year and Month that already in Locked Status.
Click 'Locked' icon to Unlocked.
Unlocked Report confirmation will be appear, click 'Confirm'.
Successfully Unlock report will appear a notification 'Report Unlocked'.
Note :
If there is any changes on recorded booking when the statuses are Unpublished and unlocked, the changes will automatically recorded.
If there is any changes on recorded booking when the statuses are unpublished and locked. The changes will not automatically reflected and placed in unrecorded booking list.
