These steps will guide you as the host to publish or unpublish reports that will appear in the Owner Portal. This feature will help you when you need to make any changes on the report. You can unpublish a published report and publish it again after you revise or fix it. After you set the published report back to unpublished, the report will also disappear from the Owner Portal.
Required: make sure that the report is locked because you need to lock it before publishing it. Follow this article to publish the owner report.
Step 1: Navigating to the Owner Report Page
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Click Owner > Owner Report.
Step 2: Publish - Unpublish Owner Report from the Statements Tab
A. Publish the Report
In this tab you can publish - unpublish more than one report of the property rooms all at once. Follow the steps below.
Select the year and month of the report to be published.
Find the owner/property/room name that you want to publish the report.
Click on the target owner row.
The checkbox on the leftmost side will be checked automatically. Now, you can also see the “Publish” button.
To publish the report, click “Publish”.
If there are bookings that the status is not ‘Checked-Out’ or ‘Paid’, there will be a confirmation popup regarding the action.
Click confirm if you want to continue publishing the report.
If the report is successfully published, there will be a notification saying ‘Several reports published’.
In the Publication Status column, you can see the ‘Published’ status.
A. Unpublish the Report
Select the year and month of the report to be published.
Find the owner/property/room name that you want to publish the report.
Click on the target owner row.
The checkbox on the leftmost side will be checked automatically. Since the report is published, you will see the “Unpublish” button.
To unpublish the report, click “Unpublish”.
There will be a notification saying ‘Several reports unpublished’.
The status will also change in the Publication Status column.
Step 3: Publish-Unpublish Owner Report After Clicking the “View Report” Button
A. Publish the Report
Select the year and month of the report to be published.
Find the owner/property/room name that you want to publish the report.
Click the “View Report” button in the target report that you need.
You will be redirected to the specific room report page.
To publish the report, click the “Publish” button.
On the Publish Report popup confirmation, you can check or leave the “Customize notification email” checkbox unchecked.
Please be aware of these different steps regarding whether or not you check the checkbox.
If you check it:
There will be a form below the checkbox. Fill in all fields like Recipient Email (the owner’s email address), language, and you can also add additional messages. After filling out the form, click the “Confirm and send” button.
If you leave it unchecked:
Click the “Confirm” button to publish the report to the owner.
There will be a notification saying ‘Report has been updated’.
The button will change into “Unpublish”.
B. Unpublish the Report
Select the year and month of the report to be published.
Find the owner/property/room name that you want to publish the report.
Click the “View Report” button in the target report that you need.
You will be redirected to the specific room report page.
To unpublish the report, click the "Unpublish" button.
An Unpublish Report confirmation popup will appear and click “Confirm”
The ‘Report has been updated’ notification will appear.
Step 4: Publish-Unpublish Owner Report from the Reports Tab
Publish the Report
In the Owner Reports tab, other than Statements tab, there is also the Reports tab. You can also lock-unlock the report from this tab. Follow the steps below.
Search the owner/property name of the report that you want to publish.
Click the “See details” in the target owner/room row.
You will see the list of rooms owned by the owner. To publish/unpublish the report, click the “View report” in the target room row. The appearance of this page will be the same as the Step 3, which is the specific room report.
To publish the report, find the padlock icon and click it. This icon will appear regardless of which tab that you open.
To publish the report, click the “Publish” button.
On the Publish Report popup confirmation, you can check or leave the “Customize notification email” checkbox unchecked.

An Unpublish Report confirmation popup will appear and click “Confirm”.
The ‘Report has been updated’ notification will appear.
Notes
If the the Owner Report has been published, it means:
No new bookings, balance updates, or automatic calculations will be allowed.
All manual action buttons (Add, Edit, Delete) in Rental Expenses, Other Debits, Other Credits, and Owner Profit will be disabled.
You will no longer be able to make any changes to existing records.
All pending bookings, balance updates, and calculations will be updated automatically.
Any future published reports will be canceled accordingly.
