Updated over a week ago

Sites in Delve

A user in Delve can belong to one or more sites, which are defined by a specific geographic area. A given site can have multiple studies, which are composed of individual designs for a given set of inputs.

Before you get started

Before creating your site, make sure to have these items handy:

  • Parcel area that you want to include in your site

  • Local zoning requirements (including maximum height, maximum Floor Area Ratio, maximum Building Coverage Ratio, and minimum Open Space Ratio)

Add a new Site

You can create a new site directly from your Delve homepage. To do so, click on + Add new site underneath the Sites section on your homepage.

You will be able to find all sites you create in the future under this Sites tab.

Give your Site a name

Choose a unique name for your site. You can also add an optional description for your site.

In this step you will also need to select a Currency and Unit System for that Delve will apply across your site.

When you are ready, click Next to move on to the next step.
