Next you will enter your target program.
Development Program
Enter the program targets that you would like to generate for each use type. You can choose to enter it as a site target or as a parcel targets by toggling Site or Parcel. You can also specify your target development program as FAR or sq ft, and as a Target or Min - Max.
To enter a sitewide target:
Choose the Site toggle.
Enter the total FAR or sq ft target you have on the site.
You can add optional use type percentage to tell Delve how much of the site total to reserve for your use types.
To enter a parcel target:
Choose the Parcel toggle to enter development program targets on each parcel.
Enter targets for your each use type per parcel.
Target Green Space
Once you’ve entered your target GFA, you can specify your target green space.
You can set a target green space for the entire site or specify different target green space for each parcel by toggling Site and Parcel in the top right corner.
You can also specify your target green space in percentages or in hectares.
When you’re ready to proceed to the next step, click Next.
