How to create a Site

Updated over 2 years ago

Define your site

Create one or more parcels to define your site. For each parcel you define, you can set zoning and program targets for each parcel. You can define your site by

  • selecting lots - click on multiple lots to define a parcel

  • drawing a parcel - draw a boundary with the draw tool

Draw your parcel boundary

Select or draw the parcels that define your site using the Delve parcel drawing tool. You can start with just one parcel or add a few.

To begin drawing your parcel, you can either enter a location in the search bar, or you can zoom into the map to your desired location.

Once you have located the site for your project, click on the map to add a point to your parcel.

To complete drawing your parcel, click on the first point you selected.

To edit a parcel, click on the edit icon from the menu on the left or double click on the existing parcel. Then drag each point on the parcel to edit the shape.

To delete a parcel, click on the parcel then select the trash icon from the menu on the left. You can also delete a parcel by clicking Remove in the Parcels pane on the right.

To draw a new parcel, click on the pencil icon from the menu on the left.

Note that you will not be able to edit your parcel boundaries after you have finished setting up your Site, so make sure the information you’ve provided is as accurate as possible.

When you are done drawing parcels for your site, click Finish Drawing.
