Delve integrates the possible design space as-of-right, for building codes anywhere in the world. Anything that can be defined, can be codified in Delve. By way of example, Delve can parameterize height limits, building and street setbacks, footprint and block size limits, green space percentages, and other defined site constraints. Delve applies such regulations to all of the designs it generates.
