Assumptions: No time factor is taken into account, the total value is assumed to be calculated all together at the time when construction is completed.
How this is calculated
Total value is calculated by aggregating the sum of each value assumption per use type per parcel input by users, with associated total net floor areas/unit areas.
Applied to multiple places in the financial model for example:
All buildings - All Parcels
Per commercial use type - Parcel 1
Per residential use type - All Parcels
