Step 2 - Additional Hard Costs: General conditions, Construction contingency, Owner contingency, Subcontractor bonds, Construction management fee, Insurance, Transit Authority Improvements, or any other hard cost that users want to include. These costs are associated with all buildings (vertical construction) on the project site.
