Yield Study

Create a yield study to explore a wide variety or programs to find the maximum yield on a site. A yield study will take up to 5 mins to complete.

Required Inputs:

  • Use Types - add the use types you'd like to test on your site.

You'll get:

  • A summary report of the top 3 design options for GFA yield.

  • Additional design options that you can compare on the Explore page.

Highest and Best Use Study

Create a highest and best use study to test your program strategy and find what works best for your financials and metrics. A highest and best use study will take up to 30 minutes to complete.

Required Inputs:

  • Use Types - add the use types you'd like to test on your site.

  • Program Ranges - add the program ranges you'd like Delve to test on your site.

  • Metrics - Select from quality of life and financial metrics you'd like to rank designs for. If you select financial metrics, you'll need to upload your financial assumptions in the following step.

You'll get:

  • A summary report of the top 3 design options for GFA and performance for your metrics.

  • Additional design options that you can compare on the Explore page including Best for GFA, Best for Metrics.
