Overview
If your research is on hold, you can pause your subscription to avoid future charges and return to use Delve later.
In Delve, pausing is done by canceling your subscription with the intent to restart it later.
What happens when you pause:
You will not be charged after your current billing cycle ends
You lose access to Delve while paused
Your data is stored for at least one year
You can return anytime by renewing
Note: If you’re unsure whether this is the right option, see: Cancel Your Subscription (to ending billing) and Delete Your Account (for permanent removal).
How to Pause Your Subscription
Follow the steps in the article Cancel your Subscription to pause your subscription. Pausing is accomplished by cancelling your subscription, leaving you with the option to return and renew your subscription later.
Note: We always recommend exporting your data just in case you need it before you intend to restart your subscription.
Restarting Your Subscription
When you're ready to return to Delve, sign in and select your username in the bottom left. Click Account in the menu.
Click Manage Subscription & Billing.
Select Renew Subscription and your subscription will be restarted.
