If your transcripts are formatted in a particular way, Delve will automatically be able to detect speaker names, timestamps and content and make it easier to read like this:

In order to get a transcript to appear this way, just follow these formatting tips.

Transcripts with speakers and dialogue:

Speaker name: What the speaker said

Example

LaiYee: Hi, thank you for joining me in this interview today.
Gary: Of course. I'm looking forward to the call.
LaiYee: This will be about 1 hour long, and it will be recorded.
Gary: Sounds good!

Transcripts with speakers, timestamps, and dialogue:

Speaker name:Timestamp | What the speaker said
โ€‹

Example
LaiYee: 00:00:49 Could you walk me through the project where you used Delve
Gary: 00:00:50 Yeah, sure. So, it was for a client project. So, I'm a consultant and I create learning and development programs

If you are exporting from Rev:

Choose "Columns" in the output format, and export in .txt format. Make sure to select "include speaker names" and "include timestamps" (if you have them).
