1. Go to the Accounts Page
Before you begin make sure you are logged into Delve. Then go to the accounts page by clicking your name in the bottom left corner of the screen and click on 'Account'.
2. Manage Subscription and Billing
Next, click on 'Manage Subscription and Billing'
3. View Payment Portal
Then access the payment portal, by clicking 'View Payment Portal'.
4. Add Payment Method
Once you have reached the payment portal, click 'Add Payment Method'.
5. Fill out your credit card information
Once you reach the credit card screen, fill out your credit card information, and then click the 'Add' button.
Make sure to keep the "Use as default payment" selected. If "Use as default payment" is not selected, your previous credit card will still be charged.
6. Return to Delve
To return to Delve, click the "Return to Delve Qualitative Analysis Tool" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
