If you have funds that you have to spend by a specific time but don't need to use Delve until later, you have the option to pre-pay for Delve credits.

The Delve credits will be applied toward your automatic subscription payments in the future..

Your subscriptions will still be paid by a recurring automatic monthly or annual charge, but the amount will be deducted from your Delve Credits instead of your credit card. After your credits run out, your credit card on file will be charged, until you pause or cancel your subscription.

Steps

  1. Send us a message at team@delvetool.com (or through the chat box in bottom right of screen) letting us know how much (e.g. "Hi, I'm interested in purchasing $300 worth of Delve pre-paid credits")

  2. Start a free trial of Delve to activate your subscription: https://delvetool.com/getstarted

  3. We will email you an invoice that you can pay by credit card

  4. Reach out to us after you paid, and we will apply the credits to your account.

  5. You will be still be billed on a monthly or annual basis. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before your project ends.

FAQ

Q: How do the credits work?

A: Any amount that you pay as a credit will be deducted from the automatic subscription charges on your account.

For example, let's say you have budget you have to spend by January, but your project doesn't start until June. You can pay for $300 credit in January, and those credits sit in your account. When you renew your Delve subscription in June, and are charged $50/month. That $50 will be deducted from your pre-paid credits each month until the credit runs out, after which your credit on file will be charged.

You can still pause or cancel your subscription at any point.

Q: How does this work with the monthly subscription model?

A: You still have to subscribe to Delve on a monthly or annual basis, and pause or restart your subscription as you go. The credits will be deducted from those monthly payments.

Q: Do the credits expire?

A: No, the credits do not expire.
