How to Archive a Project in Delve

Go to your project list by clicking the downwards arrow on the top left-hand side of Delve.

Find the row that contains the project you want to archive.

Click the 3 dots on the right side of the row.

Select Archive Project

The project will now be removed from your active project list.

Unarchiving a Project

Go to your accounts page

Click on "view archived projects"

Find the row that contains the project you want to unarchive.

Click the 3 dots on the right side of the row.

Select Unarchive Project

Q: Will I be able to view a project after it has been archived?

A: No, you will need to unarchive a project to view it.

Q: Who can archive a project?

A: Only the owner of a project can archive it.

Q: Will collaborators still have access to a project once it's archived?

A: Collaborators will still be shared on a project when it is archived however they will not have access to it via the Delve interface.

Q: Does archiving a project delete it from the Delve databases?

A: No, archiving project does not delete it fully from the Delve database. Please reach out to the Delve team if you want to permanently delete a project from the Delve database.

Q: How do I fully delete a project?

A: To fully delete a project, you have two options:

  1. Delete Individual Transcripts – Remove specific transcripts within a project.

  2. Archive the Project and Request Full Deletion – First, archive the project, then contact our team to permanently delete it from the system.
