How to Archive a Project in Delve

Go to your project list by clicking the downwards arrow on the top left-hand side of Delve.

Find the row that contains the project you want to archive.

Click the 3 dots on the right side of the row.

Select Archive Project

The project will now be removed from your active project list.

Unarchiving a Project

Go to your accounts page

Click on "view archived projects"

Find the row that contains the project you want to unarchive.

Click the 3 dots on the right side of the row.

Select Unarchive Project

Will I be able to view a project after it has been archived?

No, you will need to unarchive a project to view it.

Who can archive a project?

Only the owner of a project can I have it.

Will collaborators still have access to a project once it's archived?

Collaborators will still be shared on a project when it is archived however they will not have access to it via the Delve interface.

Does archiving a project delete it from the Delve databases?

No, archiving project does not delete it fully from the Delve database. Please reach out to the Delve team if you want to permanently delete a project from the Delve database.
