How to access invoices and receipts in Delve

Overview

You can view and download your invoices and receipts directly from your Delve account. All billing documents are available through the secure payment portal linked to your subscription.

View and Download Invoices and Receipts

Click on your name in the bottom right corner of the screen and select Account.

Click Manage Subscription and Billing.

In the new window, look for the Payment Method and Invoices section and click View Payment Portal.

You will be redirected to the payment portal, where you can review your billing history. To see more details and download a copy of an invoice, simply click on it.

To find a specific invoice, you can use the search function in the top right of the Invoice History section.

You can return to Delve by clicking Return to Delve Qualitative Analysis Tool in the left section.

A: Make sure you are logged into the correct account. If you still need help, contact support via chat while logged into your Delve account.
