Cancel your subscription to avoid getting charged for the next month.

Overview

Canceling your subscription stops future billing at the end of your current billing cycle.

What happens when you cancel your subscription:

  • You can continue using Delve until the end of your billing cycle

  • Your subscription will not renew

  • You will not be charged again

  • Your data is stored for at least one year

Note: If you want to permanently and quickly remove your data, see Delete Your Account.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Click your name in the bottom left corner. Select Account in the menu.

Select Manage Subscription & Billing.

Click Cancel Subscription.

FAQs

Q: Can I cancel at any time?

A: Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

Q: Will I be charged after canceling?

A: No. You will not be charged after your current billing cycle ends.

Q: Will I still have access to my data?

A: You’ll have access until your billing cycle ends. After that, access is removed unless you renew. We always recommend exporting your data before cancelling, just in case.

Q: What happens to my data after cancellation?

A: Your data is retained for at least one year. You can regain access by renewing your subscription.

Q: My team still uses the project—what happens?

A: Team members with active subscriptions can still access shared projects.

Q: Can I cancel during a free trial?

A: Yes. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
