Accessing the code detail page

To effectively analyze your transcripts in Delve, you can see how many times a specific code has been applied to each one. Here's how to access and interpret this information:

  1. Click on a transcript in the left hand menu

  2. Navigate to the code in the rIght hand menu

  3. Hover your mouse to the right of the code until you see the pencil icon

  4. Click the Pencil Icon and Select "See Details"

  5. This page will display all transcripts where the code has been applied.

Understanding the Numbers

  • Code Frequency:

    • On the code detail page, you will see a list of transcripts with numbers in parentheses next to each one. These numbers indicate how many times the selected code was used in that specific transcript.

  • Example Interpretation:

    • If the code "Motivations" shows a number β€œ(3)” next to "Ariel's Interview," it means the code was applied three times within that transcript.

    • If a transcript does not appear in the list, it indicates that the code was not used in that particular transcript.

By using this feature, you can quickly assess the prevalence of themes across your data, allowing for more informed analysis and reporting.
