How to Print Data from Delve

Delve offers a options for printing your data. Transcripts with codes can be printed directly from Delve. For all other data, you can easily export your data in various formats and print it from there.


Here’s a guide to the available export options and how you can print from each.

Printing Options in Delve

  1. Printing Transcripts with Codes

    • You can print your data directly to a printer using our export to PDF feature. After selecting Export to PDF, your browsers printer modal will pop up. You can either select a printer to print to, or select "save as pdf".

  2. Export to CSV

    • Delve allows you to export data as a CSV file. You can open CSV files in programs like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to format and then print the data from there.

  3. Export to Word Document

    • You can also export your data as a Word document. Once in Word, you can edit, format, and print your data directly.

Once your data is exported, simply follow the print options in the respective software (PDF viewer, Excel, Word) to print your files.
