How to Export Memos in Delve: A Step-by-Step Guide

To export memos from Delve, use the "Export Snippets as CSV" option. This guide will show you how to export and download your snippets, including memos, as a CSV file.

Step 1: Navigate to the "Snippets" Section

First, log in to your Delve account. On the left-hand menu, click on "Snippets" to access your saved snippets.

Step 2: Export Snippets

In the "Snippets" section, look to the upper-right corner of the page. You’ll see a "..." icon. Click on it, and from the dropdown menu, select "Export Snippets."

What’s Included in the CSV File?

Once you export, you'll receive a CSV file that contains the following information:

  • Transcript name: The name of the transcript where the snippet originates.

  • Snippet content: The actual text of the snippet.

  • URL of the snippet: A link back to the snippet in Delve.

  • Descriptors and Participant Information: Any relevant participant data.

  • Codes: The codes you’ve applied to the snippets.

  • Memos: Any memos attached to the snippets.

By following these simple steps, you can easily export a copy of your snippets—including memos—from Delve.
