View data across multiple locations in the Collections Board using the new Locations and Views dropdowns! Directors, managers and executives can get a quick visualization of your organization’s collections efforts across selected locations.
While our multi-location Collections Board is in beta testing, AR Aging, Claims Aging, and Collections metrics are the only metrics available. Source data will also be unavailable when multiple locations have been selected on the Collections Board. Single location data is not impacted.
Note: You must have full dashboard access at all locations in order to view multi-location data on the Collections Board.
Click on the Locations dropdown, make your selections, and click Apply. Watch your data update to include totals and averages across the locations you have chosen
Click on the date picker to set your time period
Click on the Views dropdown to see data as an Overview or By Location (Note: You must select more than one location in order to see the Views dropdown)
Choosing the By Location View allows you to see data in our standard Tiled Layout or our new Wide Layout (we recommend selecting 2-10 locations when utilizing the Tiled Layout and 11-30 for Wide Layout)
Hover over each chart to view breakdowns of each category
Click into chart sections to highlight particular pieces of data
Turn trend lines on/off by clicking on the trend label
Click on the trend icons in each tile to view trend totals or by location
