Set up Permissions Presets so that you can quickly provide access to Engagement features that team members need, while restricting access to those they don't.

To get started:

  1. Click on the settings gear in the upper right corner, then click on the Practice Setup tab

  2. Click on the Permissions Presets section

  3. By default, Engagement has the following standard preset levels already set up: Admin, Regular, Viewer

  4. To create a custom preset, click on the blue Create Preset button

  5. Next, make the following selections:

    1. Name the preset

    2. Provide a brief preset description (optional)

    3. Click on the dropdown of each feature to set the access level for the preset (Full, Limited, or None)

  6. When finished, click Create

Your customized preset will now show on the Permissions Presets dropdown when creating or editing user profiles in Engagement.
