To update banking information for Engagement Payments, you must do so from within the Xplor Pay Portal (previously known as Clearent). Follow the steps below to update banking information.
Important note: In order to update banking information, you must be a merchant admin to access these settings.
Login to Xplor Pay (my.xplorpay.net)
From the left side menu, click on Account Settings
Click on Bank Account Settings to update your bank information
Before exiting the portal, be sure to save your changes
