There are 5 different follow-up categories - you'll see 2 buckets for each category on your Automations page, one in Team Decision, and another in Ava's Patients.
Team Decision Categories Description and Placement Criteria:
New Lead - Leads that you capture and need to follow up with to schedule their first appointment
Can't have any appointments in the database
Must have the right treatment status
Leads that come from New Patient Scheduler and Virtual Consult
No Show - Patients that miss their initial exam appointment and need to reschedule
Must have an appointment in the database
Must have the right treatment status
Must not have a scheduled appointment in the future (or today)
Must not have any completed appointments in the past
Must have missed an appointment within the last 30 days (I also count a "Scheduled" appointment status as a No-Show if it's not changed after the appointment)
Recall - Patients that are being evaluated for readiness to start treatment and need to schedule their next checkup (AKA Observation or Growth Guidance)
Must have the right treatment status
Must not have any scheduled appointments in the future
Must have a recall date in the database
Recall date must be within 30 days of today (either in the past or future)
Pending - Patients who came in for their initial consultation and left without scheduling the next appointment
Must have the right treatment status
Must have at least one appointment in the database
Must not have a scheduled appointment in the future
Must have a last visit date within the last 30 days
Misc - Any sequence you can think of building outside of the other four categories? Use Misc!
