You may find yourself writing the same messages or replies to patients, day after day.

My templates feature allows you to save texts, emails, and notes, so you don't have to re-write the same message!

Click "Templates" from the "Automations" page to view your Template Library, then click "New Template" in order to create a saved reply:

(Click photos to enlarge if viewing in the article. If viewing from the messenger, right-click >> "Open Image in a new tab" to see them full-sized)

You can save your message as a text, email, or note (click the drop-down menu to select message type):

Give your message a title that describes the situation you'd use this in, and then write your message in the text box.

Once you have written your message, click "Save" - you will see your template (and any saved by team members) on the list!

You can view and edit the contents of your saved replies by clicking the arrow next to the message, and click "Edit" to open the editor:

You can also favorite messages to have them appear at the top of the list by clicking the star next to the title:

Using Templates

You can insert templates anywhere you can write a message.

For example, when sending a message through a patients message modal or through the Notification Center, you can insert a saved reply by clicking the yellow Templates icon:

Depending on the message type you are sending, when you open Templates you'll only see saved replies that are for that specific type (email, text, note):

You have all the editing and creation options from here as well - you can click "New Template" to create a message, you can edit your favorites, and you can edit any saved replies.

All messages are customizable once you click "Insert" and the message is populated in the text box before you send!
