Notifications, contact information, and other user settings

NOTE: Only admin accounts can add or edit user accounts - they are identified by an "A" next to each admin's name in Team Settings.

Open the form by clicking Settings >> Edit (next to an existing name) or Add New (if you're creating a new user):

On the right-hand side, you'll see all of your user notification settings:

You can always go back and edit these later if you feel like you are missing replies or if you are getting too many notifications!

Notifications types:

Patient Reply Notifications (Email Only): anytime a patient replies to a follow-up message or direct message I will send you an email letting you know.

This includes follow up conversation replies to Virtual Consults that are "In Progress".

You can choose to only get these from patients assigned to you or for all patients, but *WARNING* that can be a lot!

Virtual Consult Notifications: Get notified if a lead submits a Virtual Consult.

*You don't have to be an admin to turn these on or off (Settings >> Virtual Consult)

New Patient Scheduler: Get notified if a lead schedules an appointment with the NPS

*Regular users can turn these on or off (Settings >> New Patient Scheduler)
