From unscheduled treatment to scheduled appointments - let me do the heavy lifting!

I have 4 follow up categories to help you manage your new patients, so more of them turn into long-term patients!

I'll explain what each of the categories are for, but I suggest you start with Pending or Recall - these will start getting you results right away.

Pending

This is a follow-up for new patients who leave their consults without scheduling an appointment to start treatment.

This category is for patients who just came in sometime in the last month, so you can start reaching out right away (don't let them get cold)!

*I also have a follow-up solution for long term pending patients (these are people who came in more than 30 days ago) - the Legacy Blast.

Recall

I will help you keep track of and follow up with your Observation Growth & Development patients to make sure they come back in for the next checkup. 😎

New Leads

I have *multiple tools to help with lead-generation - this category will help increase new patient appointments 😁

No Show

Sometimes new patients miss their consultation - it's okay! I'll follow up and remind them to reschedule!
