Part 1: Google Play Store Account Setup
To publish your Android app under your business's name, you'll need to set up a Google Play Developer account with the following required documentation:

D-U-N-S number (Dun & Bradstreet's Data Universal Numbering System - required for business accounts, especially for government organizations)
Complete organization details:
Organization name
Organization address
Organization phone number
Organization website
Contact information:
Contact name
Contact email address (for Google communications)
Contact phone number (for Google communications)
Developer profile information:
Developer email address (visible on your Google Play profile)
Developer phone number (visible on your Google Play profile)
Registration Process:
Visit the Google Play Console website (play.google.com/console)
Sign in with a Google account you want associated with your developer account
Accept the Developer Agreement
Pay the one-time $25 USD registration fee
Complete your account details with the information listed above
Verify your business identity when prompted
Set up your payments profile to receive revenue from your app
Part 2: Google Cloud Account Setup
A Google Cloud account is required for organizations to access additional services like Firebase, Google Maps integration, and other cloud-based features. You'll need one of the following verification documents:
Accepted Documentation (provide ONE of these):
Certificate of incorporation
Certificate of registration on conversion
Certificate of provisional registration
Amended certificate of registration
Registration of society
Udyam registration certificate
GST registration certificate
VAT Certificate
Registration certificate (Jammu and Kashmir)
A utility or phone bill (dated within the last 60 days)
Registration Process:
Go to cloud.google.com
Click "Get started for free" or "Console" if you already have a Google account
Sign in with your Google account (preferably the same one used for Play Store)
Complete the account setup process
Provide your business information
Submit one of the verification documents listed above
Set up billing information (required for many Google Cloud services)
Create your first project for your Android app
Once both accounts are established, you'll be ready to work with your app developer to publish your branded Android app to the Google Play Store and utilize Google Cloud services for enhanced functionality.
